How do you park your motocycle in wet/poor weather conditions?
Okay so riding in the rain is fine with me, done it afew times while commuting to work.I just bring a change of clothes in a zip lock bag and I have a one piece suit if it gets bad. But what do you to your bike, just let it sit there getting pounded with rain as your inside?I have a CBR600F4i and would really hate to leave it out in the rain, mostly because I'm not sure what to look out for or if there is a way to keep my bike dry after commuting to work. The only solutionI thought of is to bring a weather cover such as a http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...lus-Cover.aspx
I have an office job and was told that i couldn't bring my motorcycle in doors for obvious reasons. do you guys bring a weather covers with you when you travel? put up a rain tent over you motorcylce?
does anything wear out faster on a motocycle if the bike is keep out in the rain during the day? what shouldI keep my eye on?
any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I was always able to park under an overhand of some sort at work. My 97 900RR has been soaked to the core many tiems w/o any covering and I never had any problems. Luckily, my '06 1000RR has stayed faily dry.
I think a cover might be a good idea if you could keep it at work for when it does rain.

Nothing ages a bike faster than sitting out in the weather, water gets into cables, Sun fades the paint, rust etc. When I went to work I carried a bike cover, one place I worked, I got friendly with the guy at the local petrol station & he let me park my bike at the back of his workshop. It was only a few minutes walk to the office.
Go to walmart, I got a nice bike cover that has the heat resistant lower panels and comes with carrying case. It comes in large or XL but for only $20 it is real nice cover and looks, I know looks arn't everything, like the cover you posted.
