Can you use on the painted surface? A note under the Directions - reads, "For chrome and unpainted surfaces only."

Thanks,

You guys dont wash it down with soapy water first?? I would think that you washed it first and then used the polish. If you dont wash it first, and use the honda polish, will it pick up all the dirt and not scratch it??????

WOW!!! Now if that shine isn't a reason to use Honda Polish then I don't know what else you would need. Damn that bike looks good!!!

The only time I've hosed my bike was after I was riding in the rain and it was already wet. Otherwise it's Honad polish all the way. If you have a lot of bugs caked on, soak 'em with the polish and then rub them off.... Don't get me wrong, I don't condone rubbing bugs off..... you know what I mean.

You don't need to. It's like fairy dust and does wonders for the bike.

I made the mistake of using an auto detailer spray (black magic or something like that) once and sprayed it on the seat, tank plastic...everything. Yeah, I'll NEVER do that again....bike was so slippery it was all I could do to stay on the friggin thing...
