48 hours and i smoked one, i feel like a$$ and think ill throw up. tomorrow is another day. no smokes tomorrow.

Great info...I find it easier just NOT having any cigarettes around. Stop buying them. Keep busy doing something else. If you slip once or twice hear and there, don't give in, keep trying.

i dont know how to explain this but me smoking yesterday helped me a lot today. that one cigarette was so terrible that i didnt want any today until now. which is great considering im going to sleep in few hours
