I am sitting here right now enjoying a hefe that I made. I brew with friends and we decided to switch over to kegs last batch. So much easier than bottles.

yeah but i got in to ferminting now making some stuff called jack about 40 proof so far working on that !~ its called jack beacuse you freezse the water out of it the fore farthers used to do it at least thats what the book said !

I got into when my Dad was doing it a while back. He stopped and sold all of his equipment, so I kind of lost interest.... oh wait, I'm not even supposed to be drinking beer yet

My neighbor makes muscadine wine (yuck...very dry!), and I've been thinking about brewing my own beer for a while. They have a homebrew kit at Sam's Club (one of those buy-in-bulk stores). I think now may be a good time to get serious about it.
