HCI helmet quality?

I currently have an Arai, and an HJC helmet. I love my Arai, but changing out the visors is rediculous. The HJC changes pretty easy, but I still don't want to carry an exra visor in case I'm riding at night, which I usualy don't even start riding until 5 pm, so I am almost always riding at night.
So as of now, I am wearing sunglasses under the visor.

So, I am planning on buying a new helmet this year that incorporates the dual visor technology. HCI makes a nice looking carbon one HCI 77, and I was wondering if anyone had any comments on thier quality and fit.

Or, if anyone knows of any other companies making dual visor helmets. However, I have no interst in the modular ones, they are far too heavy in my opinion.

thanks,
