The only thing that would make it better is if i could ride, lol

Well its my birthday today, just turned 24. i had rqsted today off of work at the beginning of the month. a couple weeks ago my dad's buddy was talking about how swarmed they are at his work (a local mold and tool shop around here), where he's their head engineer. i have an mech engineering technology degree from Purdue but have just been working a reg $9/hr job for the last year and 3 months. talk with my dads buddy a few times, got an interview and just got a job out at the tool shop this morning. so now i'll actually be using my degree, getting experience, and am making almost 2 times the money for now working on the floor before i move up to the engineering dept.

now im about to go eat lunch with my mom and wife, head to the old job and put in my 2 weeks notice.

only bad news... i finish putting the bike back together last night, went to ride and my front brakes arent working right. i think they just need bled but i worry about that tonight or this weekend.

hope everyone else has as good of a day/weekend as i am having!

Thanks guys, yea its really exciting.
Now if i could just get the bike done. well i have everything done on the bike but of course run into an unforseen problem, its posted in the f4i section already so i wont bother explaining it here, but its kept me from riding at all the past 3 beautiful days.

 

time is coming to ride, patience is needed.

h*ll, screw the patience, get that bike done man. its time to ride. ask for some help from people you know, im sure theyll give you a hand. i know i would.
