never use the right and signal, but find myself signaling for a left turn almost everytime i do it. Guess it's because i hat making left turns. Usually i aproach a rigtht turn fast and brake hard and get the hell out of the line of traffic. You cann't always do that in the left lane when there is no turn lane. Sucks to be sitting in the left lane waiting for the next car along to be talking on there phone and not watching and clock ya at 40 mph.

OT but related ... I was driving through hill country a few months ago and a dude with a sweet rockin grade A mullet in a smokey and the bandit firebird in front of me threw his left hand out drivers window and in one swift motion pointed over his roof to the right and kept it there through the skid/drifting turn he made .. don't know why i'm telling you that but i found it amusing [8D]

I almost always use hand signals when turning or changing lanes on the freeway.

i dont use hand signals as much, but i do use my legs to signal, like if im riding in a group when i wanna switch lanes just stick left or right leg out to let them know ur switchin lanes.
