Default GSX-R's are a Piece of Crap

Well today a buddy and I went out to check out a used GSX-R 1000 and a local car lot. The sale guy could not tell us to much about the bike, but claimed it ran great. He told us we could start her up and listen to the power. Well, I started her up and was not to impressed by the sound. After a couple of minutes warm up, my buddy (he is the one looking for a bike) gave her a couple of blips of the throttle. Well on the second blip, the bike **** out all of its' oil on the ground. I hit the kill switch right away, and the sales guy claimed he did not know what went wrong. I had to bite my tounge to stop from laughing. What a piece of crap.

Has nothing to do with it being a GSX-R. Being used, it was probably more due to being not maintained well by the previous owner.

+1 you can take any bike(Honda, Ducati, Yamaha, Aprillia....) and they will be sh*t if they have an owner that doesnt take care of them.

What they said, it's not the bike's fault ... GSXRs are normally strong and robust machines, so I guess the owner/s were the piece of crap ..lol :-)

I'm allways a little suspicious of bikes at car dealerships.

You know the dealership gave them nothing for it. And you know the dealership probley couldn't check it out properly.
So why's it there..

I've owned all of the Japanese bike manufacturers, (yeah even a Yamaha (or 4)), & to be honest all of the bike types have their strength a weaknesses. But even the best bikes in the world fail when treated without respect. As for car dealers selling bikes?, well that goes without saying that its sus from the onset.
