i have one also, its ok...not the greatest imo, but it def works

Did you put any softwareon it? The stuff out of the box is ok, but installing apps like opera mini (browser) makes it much better. There are so many options with this phone, it's ridiculous. It actually takes very good pics (for a phone), has a nice mp3 player, good battery life, and is great for e-mail.I only paid $100 for it, so it's especially sweet.

I love mine. Would like a Curve next though. :) Have you checked out www.pinstack.com ? Lots of good DL's.

Got this ballin' carbon fiber skin a while back. Protects my investment and at the same time, the CF makes it lighter so it runs faster than your average Pearl. ;)

Ok, so it's just plastic, but still....

Does opera mini let you run java script crap? I noticed i can't get into hotmail(not like i need too, but g/f likes to check her mail once in a while) and it tells me i'm running a script error.

besides the browser, i do like my phone. I love the qwerty keyboard, camera's great, mp3 player is a +, and i like all the little random programs like notepad etc...

i downloaded jivetalk for my 8130 as well. it's a multiprotocol instant messaging program. it supports just about everything, including aim, msn, yahoo, myspace IM, google talk, etc. i use opera mini like it's going out of style, and i love it. there's so much support for blackberry devices, you can get it to do just about anything you could want it to do.
