Did you ask why it had a salvaged title?...You'd be surprised at the answers people will give you. Also like everyone else said the price needs to be significantly reduced simply because the title is salvaged.
looking at the comps in that area as long as there is no mechanical damage or structural (no frame damage, no leaking forks) and the basics like tires and chain/sprockets are in good shape id say 4k is a reasonable offer.

I still wouldnt $4400 for a salvage b/c even though it might be in great shape that "salvage" on the title is going to make alot of people turn the other way. I would offer $3700 max but thats me
