my buddy had a cherokee when we were in high school...called it the big red beast. Thing was such a piece of ****e. But that was his own fault, he never changed the oil. Hell, i remember after a while he had to ride wit a broom in his car. If the car didnt start he would pop the hood and just start jabbin the handle everywhere and then it would start. Lol. we used to have some good times pilin people in his car or mine, i had a '93 bronco full size eddie baugher edition (i cant spell, i know)

 

I picked up a 2000 Dodge Durango for 6K. I love it but of course it has the 5.9L V8. When I went to get my bike in Tulsa, OK I had no problems at all. I have almost every option, the one option I do not have is heated seats but I am in NM. Who needs heated seats in NM? Infinity sound alround real sweet ride.

 

What about a 95to 99nissan maxima? The 3.0L in them is literally bulletproof, people jsut rack the miles up on them, My cousin has one as a second vehile and loves the thing, won;t ever die. They can be had for low $3K's Here's and example,

Find an old SH prelude. Hell, a EX civic will pull a bike. Get an old celica, that'll work too. To be honest, it's not going to be a great car for what you're wanting to pay.

FordFrenzy97 and voodoochyl : im sorry, but an SUV just is not for me...gas mileage is terrible, they flip over too easy...if u look at my track record....i dont do well in corners....

dont know of much out there for that little of money, just ride your bike all the time...when winter hits, buydirt biketires and ride thatf4i in the snow
