Default Gettin rid of my car:(

Well after many hours of dwelling i decided i should sell my car to give me an extra cushion financially right now. its 2007 scion tc (nothin special just love driving a stick). i dont think i have ever been so depressedabout something i controlled and decided. though ill b saving an extra 300 dollars a month..... that sounds like mod money for the cbr. with winter coming i dont have much to look forward other than putting money into my bike to get it back into prestine condition after a hard summer of riding and pure laziness on my part of cleaning the chain ect. i have a 99 silverado for a work truck.. i never really drive it but i have already had to put the stock wheels and stock exhaust back on. replace the fuel pump and gas tank, and a whole new abs system. hoping this will last me.. PRAY for this silverado not to die

Wait, are you in upside down with your financing? You'll have to pay off the difference.

this is a very important question... If you still owe thousands and thousands of dollars you'll have to pay that all off, so after you sell the car you may end up still broke and w/out the car...

I would love to sell my truck but I owe so much it would COST me $10,000 to sell it...

Just make sure you do the math.

I love how everyone that sells something and gets rid of making payments automatically thinks, "Hey! I'll have more money to spend on random crap now!" :P It might not be a bad idea to put the money that you no longer spend aside if you're worried about your truck breaking. I decided a while ago that I need to sell my car and it's gotten me pretty bummed :/ If you like driving stick a lot you could always buy a cheap little car that's a stick. I'm looking at buying a cheap little car that's a stick so I can at least have something to play with. Even if it isn't the fastest car you can still have fun with it.

buy a cheap little car like mine...it was only $3500...then 400 for used rims and tires, and 150 for struts and lowering springs
