gel grips help with hand pain?
 

i've been doing some long rides lately and my hands are getting tired and sore, does anyone have gel grips that have helped? any links?

have you already worked on loosening up your grip?
seems to be the cause of most peoples hand/wrist pain when riding

otherwise, I've got no clue

yeah i've even tried riding with my hands open just resting my palms on the bars, i think its the weight of me leaning forward on them that is hurting them. also i switch out my bar ends for some smaller ones so maybe having less weight there is causing more hand shake?

thats very possible, you may try getting some weighted bar ends, also some stomp grip may help your legs grip the tanks keeping less weight on your hands
