yeah, that is pretty out there, but if you actually look into all the stuff our government researches (more over in the 60-70s) some of it is absolutely mind boggling and some just plain absurd.

seems how the us cannot use chemical weapons on an enemy (geneva convention) i dont think we should try to make any chemical shiituuf. i mean, we cannot even use tear gas overseas haha how lame is that? so why should we spend 7.5 million on somthing as "gay" as that???
