hey guys. been wanting to get some sliders lately but just don't know what to get. what are some of your opinions as to what you have or what you like best. i'm liking the pro-tek slider kit (sliders, bar ends, swing arm spools). give me some more info on this if any has em. thanks!

 

For sliders i like the Shogun no cut, they performed perfectly when i crashed at 45 mph, didnt snap off, just wore down. Bar ends, eh i dont have any particular i like. Spools i like the Woodcraft, they are a bit bigger then most other brands, and again were perfect in the crash. They also have a real nice deep groove when you use them with a rear stand, very stable.

 

i guess i should have put what kinda bike i have. i have a '04 600RR. do they make no cut sliders for the '04 or are all the sliders for the '04 the ones you have to cut your fairings?

me and my wife both have Shogun's on our bikes and im very impressed with them, when my wife was learning how to ride she dropped my bike twice and it only scrapped a little off of the ends of them, didnt break once i dropped mine doing a low speed u-turn on gravel, again the shoguns saved it.

 

I've got the motovation sliders and swingarm spools. They also make bare end sliders and fork sliders too and all of their stuff is beefy. Haven't had to test them out though.
