yeah i'm going 8800GTX and a SLI MB for my setup, so when i do get a triplehead2go for 3 screens i'll throw in another 8800GTX to keep the frame-rates up because that's a sh*t load of resolution. I'm just getting ready for crysis and some of the other upcomming games.

Also idk how people use joysticks, i can only use them in flight games - i would use a steering wheel for racing but thats about it. I work with a track-ball mouse so i dont have to worry about moving the mouse around anymore (took 2 months to get used to tho)

 

Ok, maybe that came off wrong. What I meant to say is that with BF2 you could install the game jump into a server hop into a jet or a helicopter and have no problems. It took me quite some time to learn how to fly (especially the heli's), to this day I never have mastered it. In BF2142 all I played was the demo, but it seemed like they tryed to make the learning curve easier so they could appeal to more people. Everything seemed to be a lot easier to do. If that just comes from my bf2 experience it might be but it seemed to be an easier game to get into. Too this day I think bf2 is by far the best online game I have ever played.

 

Ghost Recon Advanced Warfare 1 & 2 - Does this version's multiplayer live up to the original?

 

I just had a LAN party where we played BF1942 and the Desert Combat mod exclusively. too many people with lousy PCs.

Anyway, either CoD or MOH is coming out with the #4 where you are in a modern warfare situation and not in the old WWII. I like the WWII stuff and will get the one coming out next week. (whichever one it is)

The newest WWII game coming out is Medal of Honer: Airborne. I may actually pay for it.

 

I agree with CS graphics sucking. again, try CSS... soo much better, i think css (half-life2) originally were the ones to develop rag doll physics too, i could be wrong. CS doesn't stand a chance against CS:S I've played both for a looong time

 

yeah guess i'm guilty too.. been playing games since i was 5 years old (donald duck adventures on Floppy disk with MS-DOS) so i'll never stop playing games, it's been in my blood. I might grow out of it, but i highly doubt it.

have you guys seen Bio-shock yet? seriously - your looking at the guy that dislikes the commericals of this game to death, but if you ever seen the game-play.. it is actually Fricken awesome.. *sighs* i just need a new rig to handle it tho...

 

Is Bio-shock suppose to be scary or just freaky?
