Yea it goes under a new name(UT3) for UT2005. UT2003 or was it UT2004 the DVD set was fun...wish the combat world environment was BIGGER.

 

Resistance: Fall of Man. My buddy let me borrow his PS3 for 2 days and I played Resistance for 2 days straight. Pretty good game.

 

I'd like to play that. Heard the reviews werent that good. But what one person like another doesnt.

wait wait did u say CSS controls are wierd? what game does not use the w a s d keys to move and the mouse to shoot??? and 123456789 for your wepons? all games i have played are the same. the only diffrence is like run jump and crouch. what games have u been playing mario bro?

just started playing it last night. The game tells the story so well, its one of the few games that actually draws you in and has excellent atmosphere. The Big Daddies are a pain in the ***! I die around 6 times before I finally kill him. Oh yuh, gotta love the moral choices! Save the little girl and only get a little bit of adam, or kill her and get a bunch of adam [sm=badbadbad.gif].

 

Torres, yeah the controls are the same but it's different.

2142 a dumbed down version??? Flying with a mouse is dumbed down? Check my stats again bro, all I've ever used was a mouse and keyboard. I tried a joystick, just isn't happening for me. I liked what I played of 2142. I started out on BF1942. Vietnam was cool, I don't know why people didn't take to it (well I do, but...).

I guess what I like about BF2 so much is the realism. All the weapons are real, the vehicles are real and success depends largely on teamwork. You can't have one good guy on a team and get smoked. You have to communicate and play together. I dig that.

For full blown, butter-like graphics, the best you need is a 7800GT. They're like what, less than $200 now? When I built my first system I had only 1 7800GT and I ran it on a 32" LCD. It handled perfectly. No framerate drops.

I just can't stand CS's graphics man. They suck...

 

Piloting games should always be done with a joystick I quit buying aerial games the day they supporting joysticks

Privateer, Xwing, Tie Fighter, Xwing vs Tie Fighter, Wing Commanders 1 - 6, Descent,and a few others.

Without joystick it takes away the "Simulation" effects of real flying.

 

cs graphics do suck thats y there is CSS. cs graphics sucks bad *** but still fun. but if u get new models for everythin the its a good game. but CSS looks good. anyways fine dont play.
