Default Finally, I have a BIKE!!!

2006 CBR 1000RR

This thing's incredibe! Quite a BIG step up from the F4i.

Yeah, the pit stand has a little rust, but hey, he threw it in for free!

Oh yeah, pardon the chicken strips, I haven't had a chance to get in some twistie time. I was wondering if anyone here that has a steering damper notices that it seems harder to manuever in low speed situations... maybe it's just me learning the feel of a new machine.

Amazing bike man. Love the colors! Yes, a bike with a dampener should be harder to maneuver in low speed situations. You should be able to adjust it though.

Thanks guys! Well, as far as mods go, the flush mount signals and fender eliminator have already been done, so I guess nothing big until I pay it off this summer. This is the first time I've ever financed a vehicle. But I would like an Akropovic or Leo Vince exhaust and maybe a Puig windscreen.

Nice ride. I have the exact same stand, how in the hell did the braces "or whatever the hell you call em" get soooo rusty when the rest of the stand looks clean?? Eh, can't bitch about it right? Nice ride for sure, be carefull, no need to dump such a pretty ride in all the excitement and all. Congrats.

I bought the bike from a guy in Panama City Beach, FL. He lived within 300 yards of the gulf so salt was a factor with the rusting, I look at it like I saved the bike from a life of rust! LOL!

Nice ride! I made the same step from an f4i to the 1krr. These bikes will do whatever you want them to do.

Frame and axle sliders would look really nice on there.
