dont feel like a jackass, you did the right thing, they rather respond and have nothing there, than have you be a witness to a crime after the fact, and all you have to say is that you say a dark shawdow creeping around. its thier job to check it out so dont worry about it.

thanks for making me feel better about it. i went out and talked to them after they got done patroling and i explained the situation and they seemed appreciative that i called anyways. rather nice cops ... but i still wish they would've seen those damn kids with the fire crackers >_< damn bastards waking me up

I called in someone i thought was driving drunk the other night. he was ALL over the road, on a 4 lane... 2 each direction. I called ahead to my towns PD and told them the road he was on, the make and mdel and the plates. they said they would go look for him, but i think he made it to the next town. I did my part, and i probably would have done tha same thing you did havoc
