well i let a friend use my ebay account to sell a few things and one of them was some mens cologne. somebody won it and she shipped it out. now the guy that won it is saying he got the wrong item saying its not cologne its perfume. i ask my friend whats up and she assured me it was the correct cologne not perfume. i said screw it and i tell the buyer sorry for the mistake and i would refund him his money and reimburse the return shipping after he mails the (cologne/perfume) to me. he responds with he would rather have the correct cologne (even though my friend already shipped the only one she had to him). i dont know what else to do. i already know this guy is gonna leave me negative feedback.

 

Just continue to respond to his emails and explain the situation. Refund his money and reimburse him. The rest is up to the guy being an *** or not.

 

DO NOT refund him or reimburse him unless he sends you the item back first with a price for shipping...

 

I never allow anybody to use my account, and I'm always carefull what I sell. If your feedback is important return his money tru ebay and let him keep the item. Never sell for anybody again. Johnnyh
