My co-workers pizza fell off her desk and onto the ground. We're starting up a relief fund if anyone would like to donate.
They actually evacuated my building (gov) and sent us all home a couple hours early, as did most of the other places in DC
. I then proceeded to have a nice 3.5 hour nightmare of a commute home. Bike night at Hooters followed by a nice little night ride helped start the recovery process.

felt it here about 20 miles north of d.c. not experiencing earthqaukes before i thought the building was collapsing and everyone ran out.

I heard that a few people in Brookville felt it but none of us here at the office, in Clarion, felt siht. Though my dramatic boss claims that the mapping plans and other things we had hanging in our conference room were astrewn as she went around making sure the rest of the pictures in the office were straight.

Here in Clarion where I am at there wouldn't have been much significant damage etc from the quake. I would have liked to felt it though just to say I have.
I can see where you west coasters are coming from though. It would be our response to you guys starting a tornado thread.
