Does this look like a good deal on a track bike?

i'm looking into getting a bike strictly for the track, i will be racing at road america in elkhart lake on track days..... After what i saw there i am serious about getting into racing. anyone see other track bikes for sale cheaper then this one in the wisconsin, northern iowa, northern il. area?
