im just sayin owning a sportbike comes with a stigma, get over it lol.

now as for the wheelie, if your riding at bp at 65 mph youve practiced enough to know what you are doin, that **** is not easy.
idt anyone has denied our 'stigma' or is hung on the matter, we just resent those that bring it upon us.

and honestly, i know nothing about detail when it comes to stuntin....so i dunno, but i do stand by the fact that there is a time and a place for that, experienced or not.

Youtube is full of people doing 65 at BP that eat ****. That is not a good thing and can happen to anyone at any time. Usually near some innocent person that ends up hating us even more.

You can try to justify it all day long but it doesn't change the perception.

Exactly. Why do you think that professional stunters have crash cages and no fairings? Because even the best lose it sometimes. Moto GP guys crash all the time. When you puch the limits, you will ocassionally cross them, and pay the price. On the track, that price is a little risk of injury and some scrapes on your bike. On the street, the price is your life and occasionally even the safety of those around you. That is why you shouldn't push the limits on the street.

yeh if some of you guys with really high riding morals came down to southern illinois you would hate it cuz this is squid territory they are everywhere and they outnumber us "more" responsible riders prolly 5 to 1 (guesstimate) I for one am not a total angel but i do have respect for others and i try not to help the ever growing bad stereotype associated with "streetbike riders" butimo there are always gunna be people riding crazy whether you preach or not.....down here when i try to say something to someone bout being squidly they laughat me and theresusually more than one person. They think i suck at ridingBECAUSE ithink we should be more reserved haha isnt that some ****......i guess what im trying to say is no matter how much**** you say bout being a responsible rider theres always gunna be a load of people who dont care and give us all bad names anyway. i have to friends that just bought liter bikes for there first.....i have other friends that do 80 in small towns and there is no telling them otherwise they dont care....maybe theyll get hurt, or hurt others maybe they wont. But they dont care about that. Im not saying this is right just giving you the view of what its like round here.

so there is a circumstance to run from the law? unless you're in mexico or some super corrupt town...i don't think there's ever a reason to run...unless you're a criminal or you just jacked a bike, etc.

no... absolutely not. runners deserve to be target practice for cops.

just cause i may disagree with why a cop is pulling me doesn't mean i think it's ok to put everyone else in danger to avoid getting caught.
