So I've decided to buy a digital photo frame. While I was doing my research I notice how many complaints there are with just about every digital photo frame on the market. Having the wireless network in my house I found the Kodak Easyshare SV811 which had incorporated WiFi with it's frame. Well after reading about 300 reviews with the WiFi never working and just about every other digital photo frame sucking on the market, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or personal experiences.

All knowledge is appreciated.

not much knowledge, but my co-worker has one, plugs a 4gb usb drive in it and it shuffles through the pics. Looks awesome, just like a regular picture frame. i want one.

I've been looking at these for a gift for my mom. The digital camera and photo printer are right up there on her list of prized possessions so I thought it would a good candidate. I've had trouble sorting out brands and quality as well. I've been looking at this one here.

If anybody has had any experience they should post a brand and model because there are hundreds of them out there, I'm looking for insight as well!

All I can add is that I had a wifi one and after 2 hours of clicking, adding, calling, power cycling, and just trying random things I could not get it once to work... we took it back and exchanged it for the one with built it memory and that has definitely been sooo much better

My mom has one from Phillips. Very high contrast and very clear.
Check it out.
