i dont watch boxing. i dont like to see people fight for the fun(or $) of it. there is only one reson to ever fight someone.

 

See I was a De La Hoya fan pretty much uip untill the Strum fight, I lost a little respect for him after that, and then when he pretty much quit against B-hop he turned me off a bit. I still like him, but obviously it is better for the sport if Mayweather wins. It could set up better fights with Mosley(hopefully) or Cotto in the future. If Oscar win's I can see him taking the money and running.

 

La Hoya lost it like five years ago when he lost like three staight fights. Should have retired. JMO. But I also have not kept up with boxing for a while too so...

 

UFC!

 

I kind of like IFL too.

so what about all the fighting going on in nascar ! and pride fighting is where it is at ! ufc is good to but boxing is overrated just like nfl or any of the major sports money has corrupted(sp?) it all ! nobody plays for the love it anymore and that is why there are no more greats !
