Well i ordered a kit from them on 2-24-11, it was a slim balast h4 55w 6000k kit. I recieved it on 3-12-11. It was on back order as what is normal with DDM, as soon as my order was put together and ready for shipping i recieved and email telling me so. Also as soon as it shipped i recieved tracking information. It does change depending on the amount of orders they get, but for me it was a little over 2 weeks.

When I ordered mine they sent a tracking number and had an E.T.A on there?
I heard of alot of backorders as of recently so I'm not 100% sure.
Have you received a shipped email or tracking number yet?

good lord.....

well im glad I didnt charge my customer any installation fee for them haha....

worse case I suppose when I get them I can send them to him with instructions on how to install...

this is unsettling though...

a company shouldnt be able to get away with lousy delivery times like that and still get the amount of business they do...

Very True Z, but it comes down to price, they are cheap with a good product so its something to wait for if you can. Sounds like they are making alot of money on our business and they should be able to afford more support. Idk

well i just shot them a email... gist of it was hey if you guys cant deliver in a week lemme know because Ide like a refund to take my business else ware...

2.5-3 weeks is just ridiculous.....

I have a contact that can get me a product just as good for the same price, so its just not worth my wait
