well today i went to court for my wreckless 84 in a 55 on the highway. i had 2 previous speeding charges within last 2 years. judge was pretty cool and didnt give me any jail time or susp lic which is great. even the ticket was cheap only 321 total. lol now to see if insurance is gonna drop and if they dont how much it will go up. just wanted to pass on my good news

o ya i agree thats why im glad it was in my car cuz this has really opened my eyes up alot and now im paranoid about my speed and due max of 5 over. i dont care if people look at me bad or anything cuz im not goign to jail or goign back to court again until this clears. i guess gettign off lucky has made me think and being on the outside thinking instead of the inside is a hell of alot better. lol sad thing is i havent even taken my bike on the highway yet since i got it, this is just gonna take me alot longere to bring her up there

I'm pretty sure if they find your speed "prudent"( they write tickets for that here) they can write you a wreckless for aggresive lane changes, or anything esle they want to. 31 mph over they reserve the right to lock you upand impound your ride. I've gotten a fewof top notch speeding tickets and never been lockedup (knock on wood)but I also kiss a whole lot of ***.
