Default Cop pulls gun on Staff Seargent for excessive speeding

Check this crazy thing out.
Granted the guy was driving a little recklessly, but the cop looks like a crazy person!

Amazing at the jail time he could be facing too.

Yeah I read about this a while back. The use of the firearm seemed completely unnecessary. Flashing a badge to inform the rider that he too was an officer seems like it would have been a little more appropriate. The staff seargent was popping a wheelie and speeding, not wielding a gun in the air like a mad man. Fortunately for Graber, the attorney general disagrees with the charges regarding the Maryland wiretap laws so I dont think he'll be facing any jail time.

Why do some cops hate bikers. My bike was previously owned by a cop...Currentley i'm fighting a case were a cop said, I was doing 69 on a 45...I was actually only doing 5 m.p.h....The cop said he seen me an hour ago, speeding.
In court he changed his story and said he, clocked me on his radar. No Evidence. Cause he's Lying. The case has been continued in a higher court.

Courts already said couple of weeks ago he violated no wire-tapping laws and threw all those charges out.
