hey i have a Q. i was listing to the radio last night and they where talking about someguy that got arested for having child **** on his pc and it got me to thinking.

say i am 17 and i take a pic of my G/F when she is 16 and she is naked and u keep the pic till you are like 35 or whatever. is it child ****??? can u be arested???

but yeah, that could be considered child ****...doesn't matter how old they are now...at least that's what voodoo told me.

 

It also doesn't matter how old the photographer is. It doesn't matter if it is a minor taking a picture of a minor. Child **** is child ****. I remember a news story out of.... Omaha(I think). A minor got in trouble because he made a video of him and his minor GF having sex. It was legal for him to have sex with her but Illegal for him to tape it.

i think they are thinking more of the lines of multi sets of childporn then just one or two pictures.. i thought the computer had like almost 1 GB of childporn vids,pictures and what not.. so i dont think the Fed's are gonna come after you because you have one picture of your ex before she was 18 (i have some also of my ex's - it's just i dont share.. they are for my and her eyes only).
it's kind-of like pirating one .mp3, you think the Fed's are gonna bust into your house 3am in the morning to arrest ya for downloading Elton John.
And child **** is child ****, but posting it around the internet would be the illegal part - IMO.

 

The real question is if I am 6 years old and take pics of myself. then I keep the pics till I am 40, is it child ****???
