i signed it but i'm sure it won't work because idiots will be riding in every lane...including the motorcycle lane...and how wide would that lane be? standard lane width per caltrans standards is 3.3m...any extra space for state routes and interstates is used for widening so that they can accomodate more cars in this huge parking lot we call the freeway system.

but it's worth a shot!

i signed it but i doubt it will pass. we should be lucky we have lane spliting/sharing and some startes considr that wreckless driving or atleast a ticketable offense
