Default Bugs B Gone

I work at a bus garage as summer help and they have this spray called "Bugs B Gone" by Seafoam and I was wondering if anyone has used this on their bike, and to what success?

Everytime I go for a lengthy ride the front of my bike is covered in bugs, and I feel like it is tedious to constantly rewash my entire bike just because of some bug on the front..

Was wondering if you can just spray this stuff on, let it sit, and wipe it off to do some easy and quick bug cleaning? And for helmets/silver shields too?

Thanks

i work at a Harley rental place and we have some stuff called bug slide that we use to wipe down the bikes after we wash i also use it on my f4. its gives the bike a great shine and allows bug grime to wipe right off

Griots makes stuff called Bug off and it works pretty well it's just kind of expensive is all.

I use Plexus as my general all purpose cleaner. It works real well on bug guts and is pretty cheap and easy enough to find.

I usually just use

Walmart.com: Blue Coral Wash & Wax Concentrate: Automotive

Wash and Wax mix stuff with a car washing brush, then towel dry with a regular towel from the house. I know I should get a microfiber wash mitt or something and microfiber towels. It works okay on the bugs but I want something i can just wipe em off with quick after a buggy ride, instead of having to wait til the next day and washing my bike

Well the thing about Plexus (i've used pigspit too, but don't like it as much) is that you just spray it on and wipe it off. doesn't require water so its easy to use.

And you can do that for your entire bike? If it is really dirty or really full of bugs do you have to do a regular wash to it? I might pick some up and check it out

Yup I spray the whole thing down. Works wonders. Supposed to protect the plastics too.

I spray it down, let it sit a minute then give it a good polishing. Even if its huge bug splatters that have been sitting after a whole day of riding they come off pretty easily.

Give it a shot. Its great for helmets too

Do you know if it is safe for silver mirrored shields? they are supposed to scuff easily
