Borrow your bike?
Nah. My co-worker is pretty cool. Despite the 2 lowsides (and the first was during his second ride so really shouldn't count), he's definitely one of the better riders in our office.
We don't and won't see eye to eye on some riding topics. Espcially his club's vest, which I think looks more in place on a Harley rider than a sports biker

There only 2 people I have ever let borrow my bike(s). One friend, known him for 30ish years & who I know respects bikes. we always used to loan our 'New' bikes for a quick ride.
other friend I've known for just as long & we swap bikes for a few hours on long rides. In both cases it's "You bend it, you mend it".
But in your situation, there would be no way I would handing over the keys.

I let my friend who taught me how to ride, ride my bike. But even he barely rides it because he knows how much I love it and wouldn't wanna mess it up! lol.
I wouldn't let anyone else ride it, though. I've had friends mess up my cars and it never ends up getting fixed (whether they're driving or not)... lesson learned.

I answered "Depends... If I felt I could trust him with my significant other "
That being said, he is the ONLY person I would trust on my bike. My wifey runs about 5' 1" and I wouldn't even let her ride it. The man in question has already ridden my bike before, and has let me ride his Aprillia Mile and his Honda ST 1100. He is ten times the rider that I am...also, I have full coverage. In general, the answer is NO ****ING WAY! Like I said...one guy can ride, and he is a very good friend.

the only reason y i say yes is because one of my co-workers offered me to use his bike when i first started riding... its a 07 r1... its a real mean bike and i feel like out of the kindness of my heart i should do so... also cuz my co-worker hated his r1 and didnt have the money to get a new one so he always wishes that it gets totaled so he can get $$ for his ducati lol
if i did have full coverage, sure y not, u brake it, you bought it
