They seem to both be there. But now looking at the top of the bolt is that not numbered 10? Posted on the first 2 pics? However the length of the bolt does seem to be the same length as what would form part of the linkage

After much research it looks like it could also be an engine cylinder head bolt?

Default SOLVED Bolt that fell out

I’d like to thank you for the help. Took the right side fairing off and I found the issue. Wasn’t the linkage but it was actually the lower engine mount bolt. Got a new nut and fixed. I really appreciate the guidance. For someone new to bikes you helped me a lot. And I’ve learned many new things today. Found a new issue. A bolt has stripped on my oil filter housing. Hoping it won’t leak too much till I can get it fixed. Won’t screw in. Just turns and turns.

Looks like the PO was a little heavy handed there....
As the cover does not require too much pressure to seal you will probable be able to get away with a helicoil, re-tap the hole, fit helicoil, insert bolt with a bit of blue thread locker, job done.
Does of course assume you have access to a decent tap set. If not should be an easy job for the garage.

Luckily, that's not too high of stress application for bolt. Helicoil is simple fix, not recommended for bolts that's repeatedly removed though. Solid insert would be more durable.

After fixing, definitely use torque-wrench every time. Humans tend to under-tighten big fasteners (axle nut) and over-tighten small fasteners (oil-filtre cover). Both can have catastrophic effects.
