Once the insurance company pays you for the bike its their bike. If the bike is found they will sell it at an auction.

The bike's silver and black with red lettering and the tail section has the white stickers that say 954rr... Thanx guys i appreciate your help!!! Im really freaken bumed i have been cruising the streets at night trying to look for it hoping that some one is stupid enough to take it out!!! if they didnt already part it out!!!
