I like this one because over on the left you can see that turn near the scenic overview on the road down into Peekskill. That road is one of my favorites, but I always seem to end up stuck behind a slow-ass SUV. A few times I've gone up there really early in the morning when there's no traffic, and just taken five or six loops from the bridge to the traffic circle and back.

Yeah it seemed like wherever I went, when I parked, the trunk was open on the 929. That thing is so huge man - tons-o-room.

Looks like southern Missouri except for all the flat stuff in the background :D. I would love to take a ride up there someday.

I know what you mean Munson, everytime I hit my favorite section of parkway there is always someone who is just enjoying their drive. Friggin' assholes, where do they get off driving for pleasure ;). Yep, definitely gotta hit it a couple of times when it's clear though.

Bikers are funny - I don't know that you would ever catch a car driving back and forth on a stretch of road for pleasure, lol. I guess you don't see 7 cars all following each other on a road trip, either though.

live about 10 minutes south of Bayville, But im ALWAYS there riding... Some of my favorite local twisties are up there.... PM me and well et something up if you live over there... Also like i posted above, Ill be going back to bear Mountain on Sunday if you want to come let me know

That is one of the nicer roads, but im always scared to get on it cause the 300+ ft cliffs are intimadating(sp)
