Well I took it back to the shop to have everything buttoned up and stuff. Carbs cleaned, forks rebuilt, stator replaced, both case covers painted matte black, tail section put on and so on. About 7 months after I bought the thing, I had a Stage 1 Jet kit installed or so I thought. About an hr after I got home I get a call saying that I still had stock jets installed. Man was I every funking cheesed! So now I am have a Jet Kit installed on top of all the other work. Mother funker! I wish I could go back down to NM and beat the **** out of the guy that said he installed them.

UPDATE:

They ran into a fuel delivery problem to the carbs. I did get to hear it run and it sounds freaking sweeeeeeeeeeet! I see and hear many miles in front of me in the very near future.
