The not-owning-your-car-thing is the new thing. Definitely. Look at it this way, cars will now be computers loaded with software from the manufacturer. Think about computer software; Windows OS, for example. Their fine print says you do NOT own the program, they're just licensing you to USE it. Will car manufacturers go that far? Who knows...
