anyone else miss their old bikes?
Hell yes I miss my old bike. I owned her for 10 years and got thousands of miles of riding pleasure out of her. Its one of those things where you spent so much time with her, fixing, riding, rebuilding, and riding again, that she became part of you.
Strange you should mention this because my buddy visited the dealer I bought my 07RR from, and the owner starting talking to my buddy (he use to work there 15 years ago) about my 87. He said that it was a beautiful bike, and wants a copy of the 20 year generation difference in bikes.
Its hard not to miss something that you spent so long with... even if you spent countless hours frustrated with wiring and fuel issues.
