Anyone else lookin at getting the T-mobile G1?
Dunno if any of you guys are keeping up on the google android software thing for mobile phones. But the first one is being released on T-mobile tomorrow, I think its gonna be super sick. I'm hoping its gonna at least be somewhat competitive to the iPhone.

I'm also excited about the apps, the SDK has already been released for a while now and I've seen some amazing demo's of apps.

ehhh....not a big fun...ulgy as sin...
i was never an iphone fanboy, but i got the 3G one and i love the damn thing, between podcasts, GPS, web browsing, etc....(i sit on the train for 40 minutes to work and home everyday) it's awesome....works good as a phone too
i don't think that the new G1, at least as it looks right now, can compete....

I am a big fan of HTC phones but the G1 just looks ugly. I have the HTC Excalibur(t-mobile Dash) and I love it because of the key pad. If I were going to get a new phone I would get the HTC Touch Pro.. Big touch screen, and a slide out querty.
