anyone else having problems loading this forum?

Just wondering its only me. Sometimes, the page opens right up, other times, I just get the banner and nothing else. I've tried it from the computer at the college too, and I get the same thing. It takes a long time to load intially, if at all...

Just wondering.

Yes - I don't have great luck with this forum on any computers it just takes a while. IB doesn't give a **** so I wouldn't expect any change.

It is decent most of the time though....

Maybe use a program to reduce scripts

look up www.noScript.net on Google.
Helps a lot

just lately, the forum loads slow on me too...wonder if V-bulletin has become to large to handle all the servers?

If your using IE, it's because some of the java scripts in the website server are corrupt, and the only way to fix it is for someone to go in manually and replace ever script. It's the reason I switched to google chrome, and ever since I did I haven't had a single issue.

Thanks for that. I thought about what you said, and decided to update my java to see if the problem was on my end, and what do you know..... the board loads like it should. It was just weird that two seperate computers had the same issues. Only thing I can't think of is the college probably doesn't update java either.

thanks Zman.
