Coming home from school yesterday i had my visor half up since i was approaching a red light. I guess i just have really bad luck because a fckin bee flew in and stung my temple while i was still going. I thought i was about to fall over but luckily the light stayed red. I took my helmet off bee flew out but had to drive home with a stinger in my head.

 

holy crap...nah dude never got stung in the face while riding my motorcycle lol

I did find a bee in my jacket once after a long trip but it was still alive and never stung me.

 

I think the lady behind me thought i was drunk i was hitting my helmet trying to get it out without having to take it off. This just affirms my thought that Lubbock sucks *****.

 

I'm surprised you didnt get a ticket for sitting at a light with your visor up.

 

Yup. Had a button over collar that left a space between the collar and the top of the zipper about the size of a postage stamp. The bee flew in through the gap and stung me four times in the throat. I'm sure it must have looked very strange to see someone riding with one hand and punching themselves in the throat with the other. I did kill the bee and managed to get pulled over. It is a good thing I am not allergic to bees or I probably wouldn't be relaying this story now.

 

i had one in my helmet once buzzing around. the trick is to open your shield and turn your head. the wind will suck em out. scared the **** out of me though!

 

Been stung a couple of times now, once on the throat & once on my poor nose (wah, Mummy).

 

Ran through a swarm riding downhill on a mountain bike. That got really nasty. Had one in my jacket but never got stung on the Honda.

 

Nauree only had the visor up cause i was coming to a red light i dont ride with it up. I was stoped at a red light just moving closer to the light when it flew in.

 

wait, it's illegal to have your visor up? what?
