I am looking into starting a new project and I need a large hi-res pic of the 2008 orange 600rr. Anybody have one? I've had no luck with google. I was in Dallas this weekend and saw one in person for the first time and became really inspired to get one. So much I might even sell the one I finally got finished. I have some pretty wild ideas, just need a pic to do someplanning b4 I bite the bullet.

 

know what you mean.. doesnt show that pearl orange in the pictures online..

i have the white one.. and i def like the orange one after seeing it in person ..

ps.. you live in dallas? w/o lane splitting i would kill myself having to get around in that traffic.

No, I live in a small college town in east Tx. I was just there for the weekend and stopped bya dealership that had one. After seeing it my head started racing with ideas. The dealership in my two horse town only has the Graffiti which I don't care for. I finally also got to see the 08 1000rr in person, still fugly IMO.

 

I think its hard to get that effect to transpose in a picture b/c it relies a lot on lighting and angles.

 

where you @ in East Texas? i was in Nacodoches, Tx for a while. not **** to do out there.. might as well be in LA

 

i saw the '08 at the dealership last week...i was stoked. talking with some of the mechs. they are pretty happy they got them in...love that silver with black tank..the first one i saw as i walked in (lol)

 

i liked the 1000rr in person as well.. saw it as the IMS show in cleveland this winter.

it looked way better in person imo.
