Trailer mine w/ a 3.8L Supercharged Grand Prix. On the straights and around town it does fine. Through the mountains it struggles a tad. Avg. 18mpg trailing the bike on the hwy through the mountains...when normally I can get 26-27mpgs on the same road with no trailer.

for torque n pulling a straight six is hard to beat. But you can not match the sweet sound of a V8 with a pair of flows on it.

I havnt hauled a street bike. I have a tilt bed for ATV's. It would be a bit heavy for anything less than a full size truck. It would be great for the bike if you wanted to haul it though....just pull the pin and drive up on it, put the pin back in.....
I've been thinking about buying one of those enclosed cargo trailers to haul the bike and sleep in also. I'd like to take an extended vacation out west, set up camp a few different places anduse the bike run aroundand see the sights.
