By law you have to name yourself if asked.

A fed following the rules? WTF

All cops can go pay my unjust fines if read.

kthnx.
I'm an E-6 in the U.S. Coast Guard, Department of Homeland Security. Anyone E-4 and above is a Federal Law Enforsement Officer. But I sit behind a desk doing paperwork all day.

I'm thinking Endless is meaning to avoid it being considered entrapment

Search and rescue though. Homeland security is a serious thing.
Wasnt it the guys sitting behind a desk who busted that multimillion dollar pot crop on google earth?

Is the "doing paperwork" part a pre-requisite for hunting down osamas brothers?

Im a police officer in Ohio. If you have any questions, go ahead and pm me or ask on the forum here. Its a great job if you dont mind the less than great pay and the fact that you will get absolutely zero respect from the better part of the population that your trying to protect. Theres a lot of people out there that complain when they get a speeding ticket and then turn around and complain because people are speeding down their street. Also the people who vote to cut taxes and destroy tax levies. But then complain when the police have a poor response time or they dont see enough cops on the road. But depsite all that, the job can be quite rewarding. And to all the corrections officers on this forum, nothing but respect to you. Police only have to deal with the innocent people they are arresting for a half hour or so and then they get to turn them over to Corrections, who has to deal with them for years, so my hat is off to you guys.

I didn't hear that story. What I ment by paperwork is that I'm the Executive Petty Officer at my unit. The Exec gets to deal with all the administrative crap. All the paperwork and records.
