I wrote this for a good friendTRIBUTE TO A FALLEN BIKER I wrote this for a friend - I feel your loss
HOPE IT HELPS
Shadow1
REQUIEM FOR A FALLEN BIKER

HE LIES SO STILL, AND YET HE’LL STILL BE THERE WHENEVER BIKERS GATHER THEY TAKE CARE TO SAY HIS NAME WITH REVERENCE PROFOUND FOR HE WAS ONE, ALONE, WHO STOOD HIS GROUND
HE LIVED AND DIED, AND KEPT THE BIKER’S CODE HE’D HELP A FELLOW BIKER, SHARE HIS LOAD, AND ALWAYS WITH A SMILE WOULD TALK OF TIMES ALL ENDED NOW, WHEN HE WAS IN HIS PRIME
SO MANY MEN HE HELPED ALONG THE WAY AND NONE SHOULD BE TOO PROUD TODAY TO SAY WE KNEW THE MAN AND ALL HE CAME TO BE A BUDDY GONE, BUT NOW HIS SOUL IS FREE
HE DIED THE WAY MOST BIKERS SEEM TO GO A BLUR, AN IMPACT, NOTHING LEFT TO KNOW NO PAIN, NO HURT, BUT RIDING ON TO FIND THE ONES WHO WENT BEFORE, AND PEACE OF MIND
WE MISS HIM NOW AND YET THE PAIN WILL PASS A TRIBUTE TO HIS MEMORY WILL LAST BEYOND THE DAYS OF MOST LACKLUSTRE MEN FOR HE WAS ONE I KNEW AND CALLED HIM FRIEND.

aaaaaaaah no good, man. so sorry to hear you lost a fellow rider, a friend. i guess all you can hope is that there was no suffering. he went peacfully doing what he, i assume, enjoyed most.......riding.

may he rest in peace.

He died doing what he loved I can only hope the same for me. Sorry for your lose. I lost a buddy a couple years ago from a driver not paying attention. He always said the streets of heaven will be loud and fast when he dies. Rest in peace.
