Another biker down, 48130 area

I got the word yesterday that another rider has fallen. Apparently he was riding down a country road and a car coming the other way turned in front of him, with no reaction time he collided head on with the car (i think high school girl driver) and that was that. The riders body ended up in my girlfriends grandparents front yard, which is why I know about it. I'm not sure if he died on impact or later, but I'm pretty sure he didn't make it. They we're still looking for his shoe later in the day and said if it was found not to touch it but rather call police immediately, I guess his foot is still in it.
Anyone in Michigan around Dexter/Ann Arbor hear anything about this? I've been looking on every local news site and haven't seen a fu*king thing! From what I heard people who stopped seemed more concerned with the car and it's driver than the rider, no one went over to see if he was ok or not. Sickens me to even think about it. If I'm inaccurate in anything here please correct me.
Rest in peace brother...

I typed a decent sized write-up of something that I experienced all for nothing too, so I'll also just say RIP, assuming the rider didn't make it.

i watched the same thing happen to my friend. not near as bad cause he walked away without a scratch. but she was turning left on a green light and all 4 of us on our bikes were coming straight so she should have waited for us. instead she just turned right into him. then she just drove off. i work with her. i honestly think she is mentally retarded.
