Every time my friends and I go on a trip where we have to stay in a Hotel. My friends think I"m crazy because I always request a ground floor. Reason being I always bring my bike into the room for the night. No worries, Just makes me feel safe. Friends just dont ever let it go.

 

Sounds like you need better friends. We try to get the ground floor so we can leave the blinds open and watch the bikes.

 

If I could wheel my bike in my apt, I would....LOL!

 

and if you can't get the ground floor -- do you try the elevator?

 

I guess your friend never had a bike stolen or new someone that had one stolen, it was a sad day .

 

lol i dont know what there laughin about , i have a garage , but i still park all my bikes in my kitchen, i figure , hell i dont cook , i dont let any chicks live with me there for i dont use the kitchen, so i park my bikes in there this way i keep a good eye on em. if u wanna steal my bikes u better have some time and ***** , and oh ya there is something inthe next room that barks and bites good luck, hahaha i say ur smarter then ur friends for parkin it in the hotel if u can . i know wayyyyyyy to many people whos bikes were stolen, dont be a statistic if u can help it .

wow, thanks guys, i've always wondered what i can do to prevent my bike being stolen if its parked somewhere overnight. I have a minivan, n was thinking abuot putting it in the back. But i usually park in the front of my friends car, that way they have to move my friends car before they can get to my bike. but thats a great idea!!!.....i'm sure my friends will laugh at me too, but then again, they don't have bikes....-= )

 

Never thought about doing that but it is a good idea. I would want to be able to atleast see my bike. I can't believe your friends don't atleast understand. Oh well.

 

Your friends bikes must not be as nice as yours hah but dam if i could bring mine in my house i would lol
