I used to take the claritin 12 hour reditabs and they seemed to do the trick. My allergies were horrible when I would work construction and was always outside in the pollen. Also, vitamin c helped too.

Allergies definitely inhale greatly! Though side effects from the medication to restrict them isn't any better most of the time.

Japan has a cream that you put it around the nose. it give you barrier with ion so that pollens would go through your nose. Don't we have something like that here?

yeah ive seen commercials for that stuff on tv, i forget what its called but they do sell it here. luckily i dont really have allergies so i never have to worry about that.
