I had this happen almost the other day to me. Lady ran through 4 way stop and came close to hitting me on my left side. She slammed on the brakes half way through and started to freak out. I guess she didnt know it was a 4 way and worse of all a biker in the middle. That would of ended it right there.

 

Dude - I wouldn't worry one bit. The worst case scenarios is laid out above, but I bet 10-1 that she was so shocked that there was NO way she could have grabbed your plate, and either way - how can she prove it? Just deny it.

I NEVER talk on my phone when I drive - I pull over and call the person back.
