2009 CBR600 or ZX6R, which should I get?
Hey Everyone,
I'm new to this forum. I got a question...probably a silly question in a CBR forum. I'll ask the same question in the Kawi forum.
Found a well priced 2009 CBR600 and 2009 ZX6R. The ZX6R will run me about $200-300 more. Both have extremely low miles.
No track days for me. Mostly street riding, with a few highway rides. I'm 6',1" tall, and kinda skinny. I sat on both , and for the 30 secs I was on them, they felt about the same. Maybe slight advantage to the Honda.
I can't test them out, I'm in Chicago.
Any recommendations??

Got to love the great cold weather we have here in Chicago. If you're just going to ride on the street then i would say the RR. They are known for being more comfortable (although the seat is not great but I don't know of any sportbike with a great seat)and great overall performance. These RR's aren't amazing in one area but great in all areas. Also the reliability of the Honda's are unbeatable. And the RR's look better IMO.

the ZX6r is going to put you in a more aggressive position, while the 600RR will be more comfortable on longer rides.
One thing you should consider is modifications on both bikes (like which one has more of the modifications that you will want...and the price of the mods they don't have that you would want).
